why not create Google doc forms for potential participants to apply, Pirrlokk?
I think it might make your management task a bit easier.

Several suggested contents for form:
- Account name
- BTT account profile link
- BTT current postcount
- LPC address
- Date of register
- End day of next week (payday for each week for each participant)

Additionally, Spreadsheet should be published publicly for participants to track their acceptance and progresses.
