My opinion , Crypto coin market should clear those untrusted coin which is scam or those is unable to move on.

There is no law about cryptocurrency today because it was widely use by different people today in the market and every one can invest on a coin they are interested, it will be the investors fault if they did not check the market statistics before investing a huge amount on the coin they are interested.
