Is there a open accounting of the dev address? I know it gets funded by most mining pools but when I asked about a accounting I was ignored so I won't donate my limited amount to it without knowing this info. Is it empty and thats why half is going there? Maybe if I get a Lambo someday I wouldn't think twice about it.
