I'll be updating this post with full details of MemoryCoin 2.0 over the next day for the launch.

The initial blocks will contain small block rewards, gradually increasing to a full block reward over the course of 48 hours - so you won't have any large advantage from starting at exactly the right moment - don't panic over the first few blocks.

Proof of Work
-------------
PoW is a modified Momentum based algorithm. It has a small SHA512 component, and a large AES component - chips with AES-NI instruction sets will fare *much* better -

The miner included with the MemoryCoin-qt will take advantage of AES-NI instruction sets.
Note - you might need to enable AES-NI in your BIOS - some manufacturers ship with it disabled.
