501 - 1000 true friends per post 3 Stakes
1001 - 1500 true friends per post 4 Stakes
1501 - 2500 true friends per post 6 Stakes
2501 - 4000 true friends per post 8 Stakes
4001 + true friends per post 10 Stakes

So in a week
Maximum calculation for true friends:

1 - 500 = 10 posts X 2 Stakes = 20 Stakes of the week
501 - 1000 = 10 posts X 3 Stakes = 30
1001 - 1500 = 10 posts X 4 Stakes = 40 Stakes of the week
1501 - 2500 = 10 posts X 6 Stakes = 60 Stakes of the week
2501 - 4000 = 10 posts X 8 Stakes = 80 Stakes of the week
4001 + = 10 posts X 10 Stakes = 100 Stakes of the week
