I am really having a problem with my speaking skills especially one-on-one. Can you give me some advice or link about improving speaking skills coz I think it will really be hard to get hired. 
If you mean that your English is bad and you need to brush it up then find a tutor and start learning. If you have a problem leading a conversation in your mother language then you should widen your vocabulary by reading books, magazines etc.
