We set quarterly deadlines so we can be a little flexible. We're very confident we will have everything completed within Q2, this is as much as I can say.
SegWit is already active on testnet and the iOS wallet is very nearly complete. Of course its down to Apple to approve our iOS wallet for listing on the App Store.

Lots of promising tasks for the second half of 2018 to come, including Segwit, as you stated in your thread.
In my opinion, Phore team have done really great works to help keeping the project on right track, stay as closely to its original plans as possible.
