The market is pricing in what's about to happen, which is a tidal wave of devastating news about regulatory crackdowns and the "lion's share" of Dash's over-budget treasury being claimed by Dash Core (despite having nothing positive/concrete to show for their years of PR and Evolution development efforts).

Going by the SEC Chairman's recent statements and latest Fauxtoshi tweets, Dash Masternodes, Masternode shares, and VCOs tokens may be moments (days? weeks?) away from being declared unlicensed securities, under both US and UK law.

The Masternode shares and KuvaCash VCO were probably the last straws for the SEC and UK equivalent (HRM's Ye Merrie Olde SEC).

The SEC could put up with the HYIP and money laundering/services aspect of Masternodes, but Masternode "shares" and the MNOs voting themselves KuvaTokens cross two very bright red lines.

Craig Wright isn't my favorite person, but unlike Peter Rizun and Emin Goon Sirer at least he finally got ONE SINGLE THING 100% correct.
