Could that be a Microsemi SmartFusion FPGA? Has a similar look to the chip on their eval board (https://www.microsemi.com/existing-parts/parts/143985)



Or is the Dwarf chip physically larger?

The specs on this Microsemi FPGA are far too weak to even do a single instance of Cryptonight. To get the hashrate he's claiming you'd have to run multiple instances of the algorithm simultaneously, especially since FPGAs have many limitations preventing high clock speeds.
