I've already got an ip ban for the second time for 6 days. The first time I was helped by an appeal in support. I do not break the rules, only one tab is open. I saw how the ban ip got himself a moderator in the chat. Yes it helped reboot the modem. I can not yet reboot. This is problem !!! And it must be solved. Dozens of people get a ban for unknown reasons, which did not violate anything - it's abnormal !!
There has to be a reason why this keeps happening to you. I suggest that you send Bitsler Support a PM and give him brief history of the actions taken to your account and the current problem that you encounter now. Hope your issue is resolved soon.
