I'm not sure what, but yes, there is something strange going on with BTW. I had a transaction take 4 days to get 1 confirmation. And more than 24 hours later, still 1 confirmation.
Would not be surprising if there was one large miner (or to purely speculate, maybe a mining contract purchased by the network creators that recently ran out) and all of the sudden the network hash rate is super low, and without any BCH-like EDA, the network could slog along like this for months and months. Because BTW is already little used, this may be the nail in the coffin. We'll have to wait and see.
Yes, this is the BTH we had on the tool for a while. As noted, the one exchange closed their wallet. Network seems broken. We are putting it on the shelf for now, if something positive happens in the future we will put it back.
I used the service, they were very fast and super easy to work with. I tried to do this myself earlier but the process is very technical, great work. i recommen you use this

Thank you for the business and the kind words.
BCH Update: We just today updated our BCH node. WS is useful for BCH extraction to quickly extract all addresses from a BIP39 seed, including multiple derivation paths, and to claim BCH from complicated electrum setups. Recently we had a client extract BCH, but our node was not updated. This client received a TX ID, but the hex was never accepted by the network because our node was on an older version. Because WS stores no customer data, we are posting this publicly to say that if you are that client, no funds were lost but you must run the extraction again if you wish to create a valid tx. Our BCH system is verified working now.
