I won't apologise, I just wanted to voice my opinion about that situation.
Gaining feedback is easy for service provider. Even if i provide free banners , i would gain many feedbacks. That's not a point.

Just to make you understand,
Suppose you sell something that is not allowed here. [ can be anything]
You realise after few hours that its not allowed. So you yourself close the topic.

Now will you like, if a person will give you -ve feedback a day later for your mistake which you already corrected ?
