All depends upon situations. If i have a feeling he is honest than i would help , if i think he is dishonest or something is cooking. I won't
But if i think he is lying , should i paint his face black ?

But how do you know he isn't just good at trying to convince you that he's trustworthy? If you make a habit of giving strangers money it's only a matter of time before you're going to get scammed. And yes, if someone is likely lying or being dishonest then appropriate feedback should be considered.

If you have a lot of trust or feedback on other accounts on other websites then you should have provided info about them as that could have helped you. You may have even been able to use them as collateral.
