If multiple account registration is violating the terms and conditions, they should have put notification message when signing up new account or shouldn't accept new account if registered.

It says 1 account per person. You agreed to their ToS when you registered account. You ticked "I am over 18 years old and I agree with the Mandatory Rules and Conditions". Why did you break ToS which you agreed on? Better question is - why did you register account if you didn't agree with their ToS?

They limited you access to casino and you thought it is good idea to evade that with new account.
