Good news everyone!
A senior analyst at paypal just called me. Had a good long talk with them. We discussed the reasons they're unhappy with our business and possible resolutions to the issues that would allow us to continue. I think we may have some agreeable terms that we can pursue. They're currently reviewing the decision to close the account and may reopen it and allow us to continue. They said they should have a decision for me on tuesday.
So, if we're not sold out by then! Paypal may again be possible.

That's awesome hopeful news, It hurts to sell crypto at these lowish prices and pay a capital gains, to pay for new hardware hence why I decided PayPal would be a better option. If bitcoin was 12k or above this would be a different story and I would be more willing to offload some crypto for new hardware to manage investment risk.
My payment already processed through my credit card thru paypal, But paypal is reviewing the seller allmines, so I hope they do not reverse the charge. I would like to lock in my spot.
