Hi just an update, i did use the Translator and it seemed to have worked he did reply with "we'll submit the developer to restore your balance，Processing takes 2-3 business days " Hopefully this will work, As i did ask them aswel 10 days ago and someone said in broken english 1-2 days you will have it, Not sure what this ment
