I am not Science Student and Don't know more about Hydrogen Gas, But As you Stated in Main Post That Hydrogen Station only Exist in Germany and This idea is very good and Unique but as it's on very early stage their is so many difficulties you need to face, but if you can able to achieve your target then for sure this project is very profitable for every investors and also for society worldwide.
