In my opinion this year there are many promising ICOs, but there are many scammers, I think one of the best is Fantom, NEX, Usechain, nOS. I am thinking of invest in each of them.
Absolutely agree with this opinion. These ICOs really has great opinion. May be I also would include to this list GoNetwork, Sparkster and DFINITY.
