Hi the token sale smart contracts are programmed to mint only purchased tokens on demand so that all of the non-purchased / non allocated tokens will be burned after the ICO our smart contracts can be found on our git for transparency.

If we only raise the soft cap then we will re-allocate our budget according to the funds and our primary focus areas would be more addressed on market liquidity and buyback and other methods to stabilize the token price and then increase our token value in the long term so the company holdings of the token could be used as funding later on, although these are focus points in our project no matter if the soft or hard cap is raised then but it is only logical that if we recieve minimal funding that we aim to increase our holdings value so really it is in our interest and the investors to see the token value grow
Also our bounty and airdrop programs will be released in stages after the ICO over a term of time to prevent market flooding
