I'm very sorry that due to the fact that you did not collect as much as you wanted, but it does not justify you and your inaction and the lack of news on the social networks in which I support your project. Your bounty manager disappeared. There are no new news social networks. As I understand it  that you are not going to close the bounty company, but most likely you will not pay it. You will have to answer for it.
