How long does it take to update your worker on the multipool url? Been mining for 20 mins or so and nothing showing up yet ... used to be a lot quicker. I think I have it all running right now at least on my GTX 560 Ti with CGminer 3.7.2 
60-80 kHs is about right.

switch to cudaminer and you'll get higher hashrate.
it takes a long time for the website to update the rates, if your miner looks normal don't worry about it.
