This was emailed to me 5th june, i dont see the free shipping. So i doubt thats available. Baikal only accept usd so thats one benefit of this groupbuy. Bk x are still good value, they will add more algos eventually and most of its current algos do ok , unlike the giant b. Considering the market, the miners price and low power consumption , its not bad.
