Already hacker got red trust now he/she would not be able to join on a signature campaign.
No, he is using signature campaign. few campaign owners accept hacked account and paid them.
I contacted rewards.com campaign leader (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1794352) and he denied to remove him
i don't know how they will get +ve trust from -ve account signature's
