What the hell is ABCC exchange? Are they legit? Why do they have such a high trade volume of LEND but ethlend team never published this exchange?

It's a relatively new exchange. I'm assuming the high trade volume came from trading bots. ETHLend hasn't officially talked to them or anything like that. Technically any exchange could list the coin
I would suggest to avoid the exchange until it's clear about how good the performance of the exchange is. If it's not really necessary, stick with major exchange
Agree, I think history is more important than volume
