Good idea, a DT should give that account a Negative Trust temporarily so that Bounties and other campaigns will not accept him. Because it seems like the account was used to earn money from bounties.
Before we do that, we need proof from the owner that the account is his, via a signed message.
Shit, that's right... I sent out the bat signal to a couple DT members to tag the account... But yeah, before you do that, let's also assume that I didn't send those messages until OP has proven that the account actually belongs to him...
