I updated my wallet to version 1.0.5, executed the re-index, unlocked as usual but the arrow is green and does not light up and the wallet does not bet, so I understand? 
i have the same problem, just updated and unlocked for staking. Wallet is unlocked for staking only but the arrow doesn`t light green and no staking is active :/
Usually restarting wallet and then unlocking for staking helps in this case. Wait 2-5 minutes to make sure.
If not, you need to check via console getstakingstatus to understand the cause.
