the best ico rating site i think icobench. But i think using rating site is not very effective to use.
You must combine using it and your research as well. When you want to put your funds to a project, you must find about that project value carefully
so you won't waste your money later.

I don't trust the ICO rating site, because it is true my friend said the site will show the best rating for a project, if they pay it. so keep careful because the ones that decide to be successful or not are our own experiences

There are some rating platforms who have no paid rates. Paid are mostly advertising and promotions. I would suggest to look at www.icoguide.com this is one of the platforms where rates are not paid, and if you will go through you will notice the realistic scores.
