Dont use it, simply dont understand how "static" models like this will even exist when the blockchain tech really hits.. If they are having to resort to plastering adverts everywhere in order to access a site that should essentially be like a facebook for work, is terrible... Token useage really means that any non blockchain based recruitment will be limited to the usual model, which basically rewards people for moving jobs constantly, and not progressing within your current role... Aworker DOES reward you for this... you grow your profile, your reputation, you become an AWORKER... head and shoulders above the terrible model offered by linkedin.
