Well, guess what are they here for? Why would they improve their post quality for no reason? Everything gravitate around the money, and merit means more money. Easy peasy ...
So, don't be disappointed. That's live.

That makes me feel dirty. They should want to improve their post quality in order to more clearly and efficiently convey their thoughts. They should want to improve their post quality because it will open all sorts of opportunities for them if they are able to articulate their thoughts and speech in a way that is attractive to others. I'm not saying they should want to improve themselves for no reason, what I am saying is that there is an endless sea of reasons and merit should not be the primary motivation. Maybe I am being naive, but I'd like to think that there are members arriving on the forum that are not solely driven by money and merit.

Thanks for your nice reviews. I will try my best to improve myself.

i am a new member here and don't have full awareness about posting rules so you made me well understand about posting behavior in your post and i learnt a lot from you thanks a lot.....

Here's a friendly tip for a new user; when you are quoting a post from another user it is normally appropriate to -snip- and "trim" the post down so that you are not completely re-posting everything they already have. It is regular that people only quote the specific part(s) they are responding to. That being said, could you please explain a little more about how I helped you understand more about posting behavior? I don't believe I've ever given you a direct review, nor have you requested one in any of my threads. I'm very interested to hear how I've assisted you in anyway.

Thank you for your well thought out post. I'm new in this forum and I have not tried posting a useful and informative subject yet. I'm reading and learning through the posts and quoting some of it which I could relate into. I think the key to creating a good and worthy posts is learning considerably prior to laying thoughts out through posts worthy to be discussed. If one isn't confident yet and ideas are still cluttered, it is better to read and learn more. With that, sufficient knowledge will be accumulated resulting to worthwhile contributions on this forum.
