In my opinion this year there are many promising ICOs, but there are many scammers, I think one of the best is Fantom, NEX, Usechain, nOS. I am thinking of invest in each of them.
Agree with about Fantom and NEX. And want to add UChain, NuCypher and Ankr Network, hope i will be able to enter them, but this today's market makes me really crazy.
