We all want the bull market to start as soon as possible. Therefore, many people are expressing their forecasts, but this does not change anything. The bull market will begin when it will need sharks.
I agree, if whales enter the scene the price will definitely become affected and we can see changes if it happened. At this moment its hard to speculate when the market will consistently recover or might bring us to bullish trend but I think it will happen in third quarter.
This is just speculation and still everything is uncertain, we need good news to bring back the investors trust in crypto and involve themselves again.
