I doubt it will be take another 800 days as It's very likely with LN being on active development, a lot of services starting to accept bitcoin and more people are being exposed to bitcoin.
Unfortunately during the history the new development didn't necessarily affect the price.
The speculation and then the FOMO are much better triggers for the increase.
However, in this case LN can increase adoption and that could trigger a new wave of FOMO. Just let's not count on that so bad.
Bitcoin price is still good (unfortunately it means there's still plenty of room for falling). But I think the big manipulators will have to start another pump sooner or later, much sooner than the 800 days anyway.
