Waves and Vostok chains are going to be fully compatible. Tokens issued on Waves can be swapped to private chain.
And on top of that, Waves chain can become a subchain of the Vostok chain, being secured by its permissioned nature.

Das mit der Subchain kann vielleicht daher kommen, als dass man aus einer permissioned (wie soll ich das übersetzen) leichter auf eine offene Chain, als umgekehrt zugreifen kann. Aber das ist reine Spekulation, man könnte ebenso eine Priorisierung der Vostok Chain daraus interpretieren

Open im Sinne von frei zugänglich, öffentlich Chain, Vostok wird eine gekapselte, geschlossene (closed) Chain, die eben nicht frei/öffentlich zugänglich sein wird. Was ich ad hoc aber gesehen habe ist, dass Vostok auch OpenSource ist aus https://github.com/vostokplatform/
