I think they really overreached and overdid this.
Technically, and tourist picture with any random person in it can be a reason for prosecution.
I don't really see how it would dramatically affect our [Suspicious link removed]munity (VPN help us all , but the legislation itself is so excessive - it probably will end up either overturned or only partially implemented (if at all implemented...).
