So basically you can't do anything but "Manage" a group of people and help them find projects? Your main business model is take a high commission off the freelancers? How about you tell us something that you bring to the table apart from your HR skills which are useless?

I'm not sure why any skilled freelancer would find jobs through you when there are number of open markets to do so.
