Since we've already posted the auction rules and started this auction, we can't go back.
Despite what you perceive to be a good idea (altering the bidding increment), lack of adherence to the above quote certainly displays reasons that your word =/= trust.
In general, it was simply a lack of foresight.
Though I am not stating BTCC to be untrustworthy, its understandable that the community was a bit perturbed by some choices you've made in your auctions. . . like we dont know what we are getting ourselves into when we choose to participate. It is a bit unnerving.
Agree with you.
I will personally strive to run a better auction in the future.
Please take a read of my long post above. Hope that brings you a perspective.
Again, probably the most important reason is our lack of experience.
So constructive comments and feedback is the MOST useful.
Thank you!
I read the entire thing before posting. Rationalizing and defending your perspective towards a choice you've made whilst simultaneously voicing outrage about "accusations" made against you AND making accusations of your own towards a bidders motives at the same time is just furthering your contradictions.
I don't agree with the way BTCC has run auctions. I dont have bad blood with your company. I like your products. I have not given up hope.
My constructive criticism is to have your word (Terms of agreement in initial auction posting) mean something. As of right now, in my opinion, we have not been shown that it does. Rhetorically speaking, how can a company so large have so little foresight?
