what a reason you had to create this project?
how exactly you want to unite cryptocurrency and leasing workplace?
and maybe you have some much more plans?
Reading the whitepaper is a usability token:
"The TECH token (minimum 5000 TECH) guarantees full access for a person to shared work spaces in any Workchaincenters location. At each site, all services and amenities, such as Internet access, digital printers, etc., will be available to community members. The term of validity of each TECH token has no limits, therefore it does not expire. The payment of each TECH is insured in a single transaction. The number of tokens that a person can buy also has no limits. In this case, if the individual has 25,000 TECH in his possession this allows him access to a private office, as long as it is available."

The coworking centers are going to be launching of starups and promotion of projects based on blockchain, according to the documentation.

all the most powerful startups was created in garage or small rooms. and coworking can't help with goals, which about you said.

It is not about encouraging a meaningless debate.
The blockchain projects of the last years have not been born from garages.
From the MIT facilities, or in offices equipped with all kinds of facilities, using joint work in different cities in different countries ... no, this is much further than developing a project in a garage like in the 80s with Microsoft, Hp or Apple.
The world changes, young people also and need these spaces to be able to grow faster and have a network of contacts that can be used to reach their own before.

Who knows how many companies better than Microsoft or Apple would have been successful, if in those years the young engineers of MIT had these equipments
