Nobody disputed the obvious, publicly-announced fact that Cointerra "price slashed in HALF for a january delivery."

Indeed, the crux of the issue is that those cheaper-by-half January deliveries won't mine anywhere nearly as many BTC as "mid December" deliveries would have, if Cointerra hadn't lied about their shipping dates.

I'm not sure why you are trying to use an undisputed, widely-acknowledged fact as as sort of 'GOTCHA' or pseudo-argument clincher.

Are you trying to avoid the nasty particulars by retreating into warm fuzzy generalities?  It sure looks that way...
