if football coin is accepted as a transaction tool in this year's world cup, maybe this could be a kick start for cryptocurrency to start survival with other currencies
Its not necessary for bitcoin to rise for this kind of event but I think if its really accepted as mode of payment I think the price may still not be affected so much because not everyone are using bitcoin so technically the price will still remain on the same position.
