You've been doing a good job trying to help improve the forum for all... I believe initiatives like this will encourage others to "lift their game". I also appreciate the way you have set down a very exhaustive list of rules and have set the bar quite high to qualify.

Hopefully we see some positive results from this and some deserving users get that elusive merit  they need to make it up to 10
