What the 17th means is a little unclear, I will wait until 17th Dec in my time zone to be sure unless someone can say otherwise? 
It's really no hassle, but if you PM him first, he'll be sending your payment first from what I've experienced. Some users had to wait a few days last time because they were too slow.
