This is not "Oskii's project", he just helped with development. He has contributed to 10s of projects. He is quite a well-known consultant, you have probably realised.
This is a collaboration between OBC and SouthXchange - a very rare and exciting opportunity for the UK's leading BTClockchain company to partner up with Argentina's most trusted exchange.
Obviously Oskii was excited to work on this - there may be other exchanges from other countries that need a local crypto and possibly Oskii will be their choice as a developer. Who knows?
