Sell all currencies at best price button. Sometimes I just want to exit a market. To do this, I have to manually sell all and manage bids. I'd like to have CAT do this so I don't have to constantly reduce my sell bid by .00000001 when someone beats me out.

Let me give it a minimum to sell it out, but don't let it sell direct.

After it sells it doesn't make anymore trades in that market.
