I agree with this, those who still visit offline casinos are doing it for just some mood change or as a status symbol.

For people who see it as an opportunity to make money, they will compare both options. With more and more online websites entering this field, the competition among online casino is also increasing. Thus, they give these tempting offers from time to time to attract more players.
I think they are not visiting these traditional casinos due to their status instead of that they are visiting these casinos just to continue with their addiction. The addiction of making more money takes them to these casinos where they gamble most of the time and lose money more than they win. Yeah! Due to this competition, believing any of the online casino is very much difficult.  
Everyone will always have their own reason as to why they visit casino and we cannot rule out the fact that as much as some people visit casino to continue with their addictions, some actually do go to casinos to actually have some fun.

Nevertheless, I am not sure if there is really any fun in online gambling anyway since you are always to yourself at the end of the day and that makes it more centered on gambling to see if there is a way you can win. Online gambling are just replica of traditional gambling and nothing more than that but there could be many exceptions like some gambling were created only for online purposes but definitely not a complete a new thing.
