You cannot imagine how expansive it is for administrations to secure documents, and more especially workflows. It requires for employees to use their identity card, to keep an USB key with PIN Code and ask for renew every year or 2 years.
This is expansive and not convenient at all.

This project is a really good exploitation of the blockchain and there is real plus-value for all actors.

I really hope this project will go to maturity, our system on-proof-based really needs it.
