How is hard to get the "simple" trust
EXTREMELY hard. I have spent 6 months on this forum and have no trust yet. Of course if you buy and sell items you will get trust faster, but its not "simple" at all.

Reliably buying and selling is the fastest way to gain Trust and Rep.
You got it right. First use escrow, and as you become more and more reliable, people will trust you enough not to use escrow.

Cons are usually short but take less money, where as long cons take a long time but are usually with high payout.
