I don't know where it came from. But saying ETH is dead is totally pointless. Every coins are going down and up but it doesn't mean they are dead. Crypto market is definitely volatile and this kind of price is absolutely normal to everyone. To make false accusation, it is not good for the market.
Yes, I can agree with you that the market is volatile, the coins also are jumping up and down, but this is not a reason to say that something is dead, even if the price is dumped so hard, almost to zero, there is always a chance to recover and get up high!
