Man for the first time ever I am so depressed, I did not even open my exchanges accounts since the fall, my funds took huge hit -50% . For the first time I do not really know what I should do . But I have decided it is too late for any action now and all I need to do is to shell and set tight hope for a miracle

. At this point, just hodl and don't sell at a loss. As you said, now is not a good time to sell. The way I see it is, if you didn't sell your coins at $19k, why sell them for $6k? Just Hodl strong through the bear market, and don't panic. Things actually could get a bit worse from here. Its a long-term game, short-term dips are no worry.
