Although being decentralized can be seen fair to most, it's still far from being perfect. Being decentralized can be seen unorganized and can lead to chaos (well this is too far but you know what i mean), no one is in control and everybody's doing what they want, that's not how things should work. In terms of currency, a decentralization can be a plus but to other things like a corporation or organization, although people or civilians can build up their individuality, they'd still lack being as one or as a team. But i suppose it can be built later on.
