This is not the time for bitcoin prices to stabilize. and so on. This is the investment market and the buyers and sellers continuously can not be stable.
For me it could just become more stable when whole amount will be mined, thanks to that there won't be more supplies and price could go big up (people want to get some part of it) or down if noone will care about that.
